TARAWA, Kiribati (February 19, 1998 - PACNEWS/Ioane)---A shortage of rice and flour on Kiribati's Beru Island has forced the Kiribati Protestant Church's secondary school there to require first and second year students to live off campus. It is the second time the school has been affected by food shortages in the past year, Radio Kiribati reports.
