Remote volunteer opportunities

We welcome applications from people with experience in media, communications, broadcasting, digital marketing, design, web publishing, and Christian ministry. All roles are remote and can usually be performed from your own country, subject to your availability.

We are especially interested in volunteers who are professionals in the fields below and who already have experience with Christian organisations, radio ministries, churches, media outreach, or faith-based communications.

Current areas where we need help

WordPress and website support

Helping maintain and improve our websites, update pages, publish content, improve layouts, check links, and support SEO and usability improvements.

Graphic design

Creating simple and professional graphics for web pages, radio programs, social media, newsletters, fundraising campaigns, and promotional material.

Digital marketing and social media

Supporting our online presence through social media planning, campaign ideas, audience engagement, email marketing, and promotion of Christian radio programs.

Christian media and broadcasting support

Assisting with broadcaster relations, program promotion, content review, scheduling support, and general communication with ministries and radio program producers.

Audio and podcast production

Helping with basic audio editing, MP3 preparation, podcast-style formatting, program introductions, promotional spots, and audio quality checks.

SEO and content writing

Writing and editing website content, blog posts, program descriptions, landing pages, and articles that explain our broadcasting services clearly and professionally. We are especially interested in creators with ideas who can use modern AI text-generation tools responsibly while adding a strong human touch to all creative outputs.

Partnerships and outreach

Helping identify churches, ministries, NGOs, Christian broadcasters, and media organisations that may benefit from international radio broadcasting.

Before you apply

We welcome volunteers of any age and background, provided they are flexible, strongly creative, honest, responsible, ethical, and willing to learn from other professional volunteers.

We also expect volunteers to respect our non-partisan approach, our openness to all Christian denominations and churches, and our independence from specific religious or political movements. Volunteers should not use their role with European Gospel Radio to promote one political party, political organisation, or partisan agenda.

What matters to us is not whether you are young or old, but whether you are prepared to show your skills, share examples of work you have already done, and contribute seriously to a common mission.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for reliable volunteers who can work independently, communicate clearly, and understand the importance of careful, respectful, and mission-minded communication.

You do not need to be available full-time. Even a few hours per month can be helpful, provided the work is consistent and well coordinated.

Preferred experience

• Experience with Christian organisations, churches, ministries, or faith-based media
• Knowledge of radio, podcasting, broadcasting, or online media
• WordPress, Divi, HTML, basic SEO, or web publishing experience
• Graphic design, branding, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms
• Social media, email marketing, Google Ads, or digital outreach experience
• Good written English and careful attention to detail

Important note

These are voluntary remote roles. They are not paid employment positions. Volunteers contribute according to their skills, availability, and agreement with our team.
