Masaka When the death of former Bukoto South MP Mathias Nsubuga Birekeraawo was announced on radio on Sunday evening, wails broke out in the entire Manja village, in Kisekka Sub-county, Lwengo District. It was in Manja that Nsubuga was born some 60 years ago to Ambrose Nakayiigi and Maria Kanziga; both of whom are buried in the village.
