NICE, France (AP) - The Latest on attack that killed 84 people in Nice (all times local): 10:45 p.m. French author Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clezio is decrying the attack in Nice, which is his hometown. The Nobel literature laureate spoke on Friday during a visit to Lima, Peru, for the city's international book fair.
