MANILA - When the clock strikes 9 a.m. on Wednesday, church bells will ring and sirens will wail to mark the start of the second Metro Manila Shake Drill. The metro-wide drill aims to flex "muscle memory" in a magnitude 7.2 earthquake scenario, simulated in different parts of Metro Manila and also Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan and Laguna.
