The Church of England’s first black female bishop has blamed the murder of Jo Cox on the toxic debate surrounding Rose Hudson-Wilkin, the former chaplain to the Speaker of the House of Commons, said she had always felt the rhetoric had led to the MP's death at the hands of a white supremacist.
