NUR-SULTAN, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- The European Union will provide 28 million euros (about 31 million U.S. dollars) to support three multi-year programs in Central Asia, which aim to promote trade, the rule of law, investment and economic growth in the region, EU Ambassador to Kazakhstan Sven-Olov Carlsson said here on Thursday.
