SINGAPORE, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- Shanghai Jiao Tong University Asia-Pacific Graduate Institute (SJTU-APGI) was unveiled here Thursday, and Singapore Education Minister Ong Ye Kung sent a congratulatory letter on the occasion in hopes of enhancing cooperation between the two countries on the education front.
