Columbus already lost a legal battle over banning bump stocks. Is Cincinnati next? Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Robert Ruehlman will hear arguments Tuesday in a lawsuit over the ban. He could rule on whether a temporary injunction will be granted blocking enforcement of the ban until the case is finished.
