CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Under damp, rainy skies, the casket of Rev. Billy Graham returned home to Charlotte for the final time. The day began in Washington, D.C. where the Graham family watched as a military ceremonial unit carried the casket down the steps to a waiting hearse.

Charges: Minister was drunk when he drove wrong way, killed 911 dispatcher on way to job
Richard J.M. Shaka, 72, of Blaine, was charged in Hennepin County District Court with criminal vehicular homicide in connection with the nighttime collision on Feb. 17 with Jenna L.
