DETROIT -- One of the world's largest steel and mining companies opened a 310,000-square-foot manufacturing facility Monday in Detroit's I-94 Industrial Park, with plans to employ more than 80 people. ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks, a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal, invested $83 million in the facility at 8650 Mount Elliot St.
