WELLINGTON, New Zealand (Radio New Zealand International, Nov. 16, 2016) – The Cook Islands High Court is scheduled to hear an appeal by former MP Teina Bishop against his conviction and jailing on corruption charges. Bishop was found guilty of corruption as a minister of the Crown.
