In a letter dated 24 TH February 2017, the FREE AND FAIR ELECTION LEAGUE INC. applied to the Electoral Commission to be accorded Observer status for the purpose of monitoring and observing the Barbuda Local Government Election and By- election which were due to be held on Monday, 27 th March 2017.
