Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev accepted the proposal of his Macedonian counterpart Gjorge Ivanov, who proposed the 1999 Declaration develop into a agreement on good neighbourly relations, radio Deutshe Well reported. Mr Plevneliev expresses his willingness over inking an agreement in a letter to Mr Ivanov.
