National MP Maurice Williamson was keen and even used art historians as an example. If 10,000 want to do the course but the Government decides only 500 jobs will be available, then the ones who get the best scholarship and bursary results will be sweet and the rest are welcome to spend their own money (read: incur the full amount of debt).
