PINKSTON, Jr., John William John William (Bill) Pinkston, Jr. died April 30, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, John William Pinkston, Sr. and Fanny Lou Smith, and his brother, Robert. Bill was born in Valdosta, GA on August 11, 1924. He attended public schools in Valdosta, earning the rank of Eagle Scout while in high school.
