Accused drug mule Cassandra Sainsbury is reportedly receiving psychological treatment in a Colombian jail. The 22-year-old Adelaide woman's lawyer Orlando Herran has told the Nine Network there are serious concerns for Ms Sainsbury's state of mind and a psychologist has begun visiting her at Bogota's El Buen Pastor prison.
