A teenage surfer who was mauled to death by a shark has been identified as 17-year-old Laeticia Brouwer. Her uncle, Steve Evans, said the family was "terribly heartbroken and saddened" by her death, adding that the "ocean was her and her family's passion", according to "We can take comfort that Teesh died doing something that she loved," he added.
