The founder of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, says Ghana will not win the war against corruption through propaganda, “equalization” and mere finger-pointing. He asserted that considering the discussion of corruption as a means of making a particular government unpopular will not solve the age-old canker.
