Revelers got damp and floats got a little soggy at last year’s DETROIT ST. PATRICK’S PARADE in Corktown. Here’s to clear skies and mild temps Sunday when the 59th edition of the parade steps off at Sixth Street and Michigan Avenue. Expect marching bands, pipe-and-drum outfits and lots of green. As usual, the parade will be preceded by a 9 a.
