3:33 p.m. Concealed firearms. The Senate signed off on a bill allowing 18-year-olds to obtain a concealed-carry gun permit. HB198 was pushed as a way for young women to protect themselves from sexual predators. Sen. Todd Weiler, R-Woods Cross, said the bill would allow women to carry a gun on a college campus in their purse.
