DAVAO Archbishop Emeritus Fernando Capalla, a former president of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines and the current chairman of the Bishops-Ulama Forum, said he is still not convinced that there is already an agreement just because the so-called Comprehensive Agreement on Bangsamoro (CAB) has been signed.
