HAMILTON COUNTY, TN (WRCB) - We're learning more details surrounding an officer-involved shooting from earlier this month. It happened at a home on Fuller Road on February 3rd. The man shot by deputies, Matthew Paupp, appeared in court Monday for a preliminary hearing. Confined to a wheelchair, Paupp listened to testimony against him.
