HEATHER MITCHELL, 31, of Fern Hill Lane, Harlow, was committed to prison for 28 days for entering the Co-operative Store in Old Harlow without reasonable excuse, which she was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by North Essex Magistrates Magistrates' Court in August 2016.
