Oysterfest is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, at Provisions Market Hall, 296 E. Fifth Ave. at Eugene’s Fifth Street Public Market. A range of varieties to taste and compare, both raw and cooked; fee of $42 includes a dozen oyster tickets and two wines.
