2nd February 2017, 10:03. The Archbishop of Canterbury has apologised on behalf of the Church of England for not reporting the head of a Christian charity accused of physically abusing young boys and men.
The Most Rev Justin Welby said the Church had "failed terribly" over its handling of the case.
