Foreign Minister Julie Bishop has spoken out in support of Troy Buswell after his shock resignation as WA treasurer, describing him as "brilliant" but flawed. Mr Buswell has been undergoing treatment in hospital for a "breakdown" after his ministerial car was crashed two weeks ago. Ms Bishop says he deserves privacy to overcome his illness.
