To vote for one vacant seat in the Montserrat Legislative Assembly. When former Premier Reuben T Meade officially retired from his seat in the Legislative Assembly and from active politics on November 2, 2016, the seat became vacant and it invoked the need for it to be filled. And so, a by-election became necessary as mandated.
