Australia's Foreign Minister Julie Bishop has welcomed Fiji's Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama's decision to step down as Fiji's military leader. In a statement, Bishop said the move is the latest in a series of positive developments in Fiji as the country returns to parliamentary democracy.
