Hanq Neal's distinctive singing voice enraptured audiences, but his emotional wails - which always seemed endless - were the ultimate tools he used to pierce souls. The elegant pianist, who had served as minister of music at Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church for more than a decade, died on Thursday.
