Fifteen ministers in the cabinet that resigned en masse on Monday have been told they will retain their positions in the new government. On Tuesday, former housing minister Ibrahim Mehleb was tasked with forming a new government after Hazem El-Beblawi's cabinet resigned a day earlier.
