Biggest windfall. Bree Maddox became the sole owner of The Court Hotel following a $10 million-plus settlement with ex-husband Malcolm Day. The pair paid $4.15 million for The Court Hotel in 2005 and spent about $3 million on renovations. Maddox, a former Penthouse Pet, has managed the hotel for about 10 years.
