Venezuelan opposition has stressed it would not return to the Vatican-brokered dialogue with President Nicolas Maduro's government scheduled for major concessions made by the other side. Head of the Venezuelan opposition Democratic Unity Roundtable (MUD) Jesus Torrealba pulled out of the crisis talks with government authorities earlier this month.
