A lawmaker's claims that the British government's decision to legalize gay marriage was the cause of recent storms and flooding across the country has prompted a hilarious Facebook campaign in response. Councillor David Silvester also claimed that being gay was a "spiritual disease" and has subsequently been banned from his political party.
