This is contained in the Swaziland Broadcasting Bill, 2016. This clause caused tempers to boil a bit during the debate of the Bill by various stakeholders yesterday. Forum. The discussions were held at the Royal Swazi Sun Convention Centre where stakeholders were given a platform to express views on the Bill before it goes to parliament.
