| I Did Not Wish to Watch the First 'Second Chance' - Fagil Mandy |
|
Former educationist and one of the lead actors in NTV’s Second Chance series Fagil Mandy sat with Daily Monitor’s Clare Muhindo to tell her about his experience on the big screens. We know you as an educationist, disciplinarian, and maybe a sportsman from the drills with UNEB examiners, during your time as its chairperson.
