When people move from emergency housing to a stable home, the simple tasks, such as cooking a meal, can become difficult hurdles. So the London Chef cooking school and catering company teamed up with the Salvation Army to teach 12 men, all moving into transitional housing, how to make a relatively simple but nourishing bowl of chili.
