A church is to host a candle-lit vigil this evening following the Welwyn Road tragedy. St Peter's Roman Catholic Church announced the vigil as police continued their inquiries into the It will take place in the Leicester Road church at 5.30pm. The church said the event was open to all and asked people to bring along candles in jars.
