WASHINGTON (AP) — The Latest on the U.S. presidential race (all times EDT): 6:56 p.m. Donald Trump's campaign blew through about $70 million last month, more than double what it spent in August. The spree came as he contended with cratering poll numbers. New campaign finance filings show he spent more than $23 million on TV and radio advertising.
