A historic timber-framed Birmingham building could be saved for the second time in its 500-year history. It was built in 1520 in Deritend and after being saved in 1911 was moved to Cannon Hill Park. On its original site, it is thought to have been both the Clergy House and the school for the then nearby 14th Century Church of St John the Baptist.
