A thanksgiving service to celebrate the life and work of Lord Briggs of Lewes was held on Tuesday October 4, 2016, at All Souls Church, Langham Place, London. The Rev Hugh Palmer, rector of All Souls, officiated and led the prayers and the Right Rev Professor Tom Wright pronounced the blessing.
