Story Highlights. After leaving mass destruction in Haiti, Matthew moves on the Cuba. The storm has reportedly contributed to at least 11 deaths: three in Haiti, four in the Dominican republic, one each in Colombia, Les Grenadines and St. Vincent.
Leaving Haiti in "total disaster," Hurricane Matthew slammed into Cuba Tuesday night.
