MARTIN COUNTY — A former deputy is suing the Martin County Sheriff’s Office claiming discrimination, according to court records. Evens Saintilien is a Haitian-American hired by the Sheriff’s Office in April 2012 and fired in January 2013, according to a lawsuit filed in Martin County.
