Van Gogh Museum (AMSTERDAM) — Two long lost Van Gogh paintings were found this week in the hands of the Italian mafia. The works of art, Seascape at Scheveningen (1882) and Congregation leaving the Reformed Church in Nuenen (1884/85), were stolen from the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam about 14 years ago in a raid.
