Dear editor, A FEW days ago, I listened to a call-in radio programme where they were discussing the possibility to relocate our capital city because of the growing traffic congestion. I was so disappointed that none of the callers saw how this problem can be remedied apart from moaning about lack of space on either side of most roads.
