CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Donald Trump's campaign chair in Mahoning County has resigned after an article was published Thursday morning in which she said that racism did not exist in the United States until President Barack Obama was elected, and that black people have only themselves to blame for a lack of success since the 1960s.
