WASHINGTON — The Latest on the U.S. presidential race (all times EDT): 12:05 p.m. House Speaker Paul Ryan says he released his tax returns and "I think we should" do so. But he said he'll defer to Donald Trump on timing. Ryan was the Republican nominee for vice president in 2012 and released his tax returns at that time.
