The Marshall Islands' Climate Change Minister has lashed out at Australia and Japan for cutting their carbon reduction targets at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (UNCCC) in Warsaw. Tony de Breum says his country will be one of those that suffers the most from global warming and says Australia and Japan are setting a bad example.
