Kenneth E. Towle of Charlton, a war veteran, died Friday at his home. He was 76. He was born in Medford, raised in Winchester and later moved to Southington, Conn. Mr. Towle moved to Charlton 45 years ago. He was a 1961 graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology. He served in the Air Force for four years during the Vietnam War.
