The small Philippines community in Samoa is pulling their resources together to help their brothers, sisters and friends back home who were affected by Typhoon Haiyan in Tacloban. The typhoon has killed over 12,000 but the count is continuing. Meanwhile, in Samoa, the Philippines community has been fundraising to lend a hand.
